BIM Fundamentals involve the use of Building Information Modeling to create, manage, and share detailed digital representations of the physical and functional characteristics of a facility. It integrates multidisciplinary data to ensure all stakeholders have a clear, collaborative, and cohesive understanding of a building project throughout its lifecycle.

3D BIM Model Authoring involves creating detailed digital representations of building projects using BIM software. It integrates architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems into a unified 3D model, enhancing design accuracy, collaboration, and construction efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

BIM Coordination involves using BIM to detect and resolve clashes and interferences among various building systems (architectural, structural, MEP) during the design phase to prevent issues during construction. Parametric Designing & Modeling in Rhino 3D involves creating models that are defined by parameters and rules.
