  •   Schedule Creation & Linking: Create constuction schedules within the BIM environment, linking tasks and milestones to 3D model elements for visualization.
  •  4D Simulation: Generate 4D simulations to visualize constuction sequencing, analyze progress, identify potential issues, and export simulations.
  •  Schedule Import & Synchronization: Impot schedules from MS Project and Pimavera P6, map tasks to the 3D model, and manage schedule updates.
  •  Bexel Manager Scheduling: Utilize Bexel Manage's scheduling options and settings for advanced scheduling functionalities within the BIM environment.

5D BIM – Cost & Progress Monitoring
Duration 20 Hours
  •   Model-Based Quantity Takeoffs & Cost Database Management: Extract quantities from the 3D model and manage linked cost data for accurate cost estimation.
  •  Cost Assignment & Breakdown: Assign cost items to model elements using custom breakdowns (WBS/CBS) for detailed cost tracking and repoting.
  •  Cost Version Control & Comparison Manage multiple cost versions, compare them to track changes and vaiances, and visualize cost differences.
  •   Reporting & Cash Flow Analysis:Generate repots, create cash flow projections, and analyze cost pefomance against the budget.
  •   Data Integration & API Introduction: Introduce API concepts for data integration and automation (e.g., Bexel Manager API, add-ins) within the 5D BIM workflow.

  •  COBie Data Generation: Exporting COBie data from BIM authoring tools, mapping data, and best practices.
  •  COBie Data Validation: Using validation tools to ensure data quality and corect erors.
  •   COBie Utilization: Applying COBie for space management, asset management, maintenance planning, operations, and integration with CAFM/CMMS.
