Terms and Conditions for Referral Program
1. Eligibility for Referral
- The referral code can be used by new students who are referred by an existing alumni of Technostruct Academy.
- This code is valid for all courses and all locations offered by Technostruct Academy.
- The referred student must not already be in Technostruct Academy’s contact database or have previously enquired about any courses. If the referred student has already shown interest or made inquiries with Technostruct Academy, they will not be eligible for this referral code.
- This referral code is applicable only for new enrollments. It will not be valid for any students who have been referred previously or have enrolled through another referral.
2. Referral Benefits for the Alumni
- The alumni will receive Rs 5000 cashback upon the full payment of the new student's course fee.
- If the new student makes only the initial payment and does not complete the full payment, the alumni will not be eligible to receive the cashback.
- The cashback will be credited only once the new student has completed the full payment of their course.
3. Benefits for the New Student
- The new student who uses the referral code will receive an Amazon voucher worth Rs 1000 upon enrollment.
- The voucher will be issued only once the new student has completed the full payment of their course fee. Partial payments will not qualify for the voucher.
4. General Terms
- The referral code is valid for all courses and locations offered by Technostruct Academy.
- The referral benefits for both the alumni and new student are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers or discounts.
- Technostruct Academy reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of Technostruct Academy will be final.
5. Usage of Referral Code
- The referral code must be provided at the time of enrollment to be valid.
- Technostruct Academy is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete referral code entries made by the students.
By participating in this referral program, both the alumni and new students agree to the above terms and conditions.
